This course introduces educators, trainers, and youth workers to innovative practices in non-formal education, focusing on learner-centered, participatory, and experiential approaches. Participants will explore creative and collaborative methodologies, digital tools for engagement, and the integration of AI and media technologies to enhance learning experiences. The course supports the development of facilitation skills, creativity, and innovation in educational design. Special emphasis is placed on designing engaging workshops, hybrid learning experiences, and Erasmus+ compatible training activities. By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply modern non-formal education strategies to create meaningful, inclusive, and interactive learning environments.
