From 16 to 19 June 2026, IANAP had the pleasure of hosting a job‑shadowing visit from CEEDCV. Two English teachers from the organisation travelled to Thessaloniki to get to know IANAP more closely – its services, its people, and its vision for adult education.
During their stay, the visitors explored our working areas and classrooms, gaining a first-hand understanding of our learning environment. They met with our office manager to discuss IANAP’s management culture and daily operational practices. A dedicated session with our IT department followed, where they were introduced to the structure and functionality of our e‑learning platform, as well as our approach to integrating digital and AI tools into education.
The teachers also had the opportunity to observe an English course, interact with the instructor, and exchange experiences, methodologies, and teaching practices. This peer‑to‑peer dialogue enriched both sides and highlighted the value of cross‑border collaboration in adult education.
The visit concluded with the joint development of an action plan, outlining next steps and ways to apply the knowledge gained during the mobility. For IANAP, the experience was equally inspiring – an opportunity to connect with colleagues from across Europe, share ideas, and strengthen our commitment to innovation in learning.
