The first Job Shadowing mobility of IANAP was successfully completed within the framework of the approved Erasmus+ project 2025‑1‑EL01‑KA122‑VET‑000333047 “VET Learning Paths: Empowering Skills for the Future.”
IANAP’s European Programmes Coordinator, Athanasia Topalidou, participated in a Job Shadowing activity at the organization Inercia Digital in Huelva, Spain, from 1 to 7 June 2026.
This mobility represented an important opportunity for professional development and knowledge exchange, with a focus on European project management, the development of international partnerships, and the observation of innovative practices in the field of vocational education and training.
During the mobility, the participant observed the processes of planning, organizing, managing, and implementing European projects, as well as the internal functioning of the host organization. She had the opportunity to take part in professional meetings and discussions with Inercia Digital’s staff, learn how Erasmus+ projects are developed and monitored, and observe good practices that can be applied within IANAP’s activities.
Particular emphasis was placed on building and maintaining international collaborations, networking with European organizations, and exchanging knowledge and experience related to project management, vocational education, and the modern challenges of the labour market. Additionally, the mobility included the observation of educational activities and innovative pedagogical approaches, as well as practices that integrate digital tools and artificial intelligence applications in education.
A significant part of the mobility also involved participation in networking meetings and the exchange of ideas for future European initiatives. These interactions laid the foundations for new collaborations and explored opportunities for joint participation in future Erasmus+ projects.
This experience substantially contributed to strengthening the skills of IANAP’s staff in European programmes, international cooperation, and project management, while supporting the organization’s strategic goal of enhancing internationalization, developing high‑quality European partnerships, and continuously improving the educational services provided.
